23. The Land Registrar shall notify the commission of the acquisition of farm land by a person who is not a resident of Québec by transmitting to the commission a copy of the application for registration and, where the application is in the form of a summary, a copy of the accompanying document, not later than the fifteenth day of the month following the month of the registration of the acquisition.

23. 23. The registrar notifies the commission by sending it the copy presented by the applicant under section 22 not later than the fifteenth day of the month following the month of registration of the acquisition.

23. The registrar shall transmit the additional original or the additional copy of the deeds of acquisition contemplated in section 22 to the commission at such intervals as may be prescribed by Government regulation.
