125. A regulation made by the Commission under section 124 is subject to the approval of the Government with the exception of a regulation made under paragraph d of that section.

125. The regulations shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec with a notice that at the expiry of 30 days following that notice, they are to be submitted to the Government for approval.
The regulations come into force on the day of the publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec of a notice indicating that they have received the approval of the Government or, in case of amendment, of their final text, or on any later date fixed in the notice or in the final text.
