45. In addition to the authorizations referred to in section 44, the director of the Direction des systèmes de la clientèle des services partagés and the director of the Direction de la gestion de la transition are authorized to sign, for the sector of activity pertaining to the supply of goods and services, contracts for services chargeable to the Goods and Services Fund, up to $100,000.
