71. Sections 15, 49.2 to 49.4, 58, 61, 80, 90, 90.1 and 94.2 of the Regulation respecting the issuance and renewal of representatives’ certificates (Decision 99.07.08, 99-07-06) continue to be in force until 31 December 2010 with respect to an application received by the Authority as part of the Work-Study Learning Program before 1 March 2010.
