Disposition versions
4. The presentation of the annual report must include
(1) 3 cover letters, namely
(a) a letter from the Minister to the President of the National Assembly;
(b) a letter from the order to the Minister; and
(c) a letter from the order to the Office; and
(2) the report of the president of the order.
