65. Agrologists must affix their signature and indicate clearly their name and agrologist’s title and, where applicable, the name of the partnership or joint-stock company within which they carry on professional activities on any opinion, study, research, recommendation or other document produced in the practice of their profession or under their supervision, in particular processes, methods, standards, plans, technical descriptions, analyses, publications, specifications and supervisory instructions.

65. An agrologist must sign, indicating his agrologist’s title, all opinions, advice, studies, research, recommendations or other documents produced in the practice of his profession, including in particular any processes, methods, standards, plans, technical descriptions, analyses, publications, specifications and supervisory instructions.
He must also ensure that his name and his agrologist’s title are clearly indicated on any document referred to in the first paragraph that is produced under his supervision pursuant to subparagraph c of the second paragraph of section 28 of the Act. He must do the same when any such document is produced by a person who, in accordance with the provisions of a regulation adopted pursuant to paragraph h of section 94 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), is authorized to engage in professional activities reserved to the members of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec.
