12. Violation of the provisions of section 4 constitutes an offence punishable by a fine of $125 to $375 on the operator of the heavy vehicle who uses shipping documents that do not include all the provisions referred to in section 4.

Violation of the provisions of section 4 constitutes an offence punishable by a fine of $125 to $375 on the operator of the heavy vehicle who uses shipping documents that do not include all the provisions referred to in section 4 and by a fine of $250 to $750 on the offender referred to in the second paragraph of that section who entered inaccurate information.
