Disposition versions
184. Every person who, on 20 September 2018, uses a pipeline must provide the Minister, with the necessary modifications, with the documents and information provided for in the first paragraph of section 125 and any other similar document and information under which the pipeline has been constructed.
The person must also pay the fee of $1 per linear metre of pipeline constructed, not later than 180 days following 20 September 2018.
The Minister then grants the person a pipeline use authorization.

184.
