Section 62
Disposition versions
62. A portable extinguisher of a minimum 2-A:10-B: C rating or a set of 2 separate portable extinguishers, one of a minimum 2-A rating and the other of a minimum 10-B: C rating and bearing an Underwriters’ Laboratories of Canada (ULC) seal, shall be available near the operating controls of each ride.
Moreover, the operation of the portable extinguisher shall be checked at every mounting of an itinerant ride and every month in other cases.
