7. That examination shall be administered by a physician designated by the employer who, where the worker so requests, shall send the worker a copy of his medical record set up by the employer under this Regulation.

If the worker is hired, that physician shall send a copy of the record including, where applicable, the x-ray provided for in section 8, to the establishment’s physician in charge of health services.
