11.1. Every person who pays remuneration to which the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or the subparagraph 1 or 2 of the third paragraph of section 303 of the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) refers is required to file an annual information return in prescribed form in respect of the remuneration.
