70.19. A verification report of a project report is deemed positive if the verifier can attest with reasonable assurance that the project has been implemented in accordance with this Regulation.
70.19. A verification report of a project report is deemed positive if the verifier can attest with reasonable assurance that the percentage of error committed in applying quantification, surveillance or measurement conditions, calculated in accordance with section 70.18, is not above 5% and that the other conditions of this Regulation are met.
When the percentage of error calculated in accordance with section 70.18 is above 5%, the promoter must correct the project report and submit it again for verification before sending it to the Minister.
70.19. When the percentage of error calculated in accordance with section 70.18 is above 5%, the promoter must correct the project report and submit it again for verification before sending it to the Minister.
