Disposition versions
93. The ash produced by the combustion of residual materials must be stored or landfilled in accordance with Division III of this Chapter or in an engineered landfill compliant with Division 2 of Chapter II of the Regulation respecting the landfilling and incineration of residual materials (chapter Q-2, r. 19) or, to the extent that the Regulation so permits, in a solid waste sanitary landfill site compliant with Division IV of the Regulation respecting solid waste (chapter Q-2, r. 13), or be reclaimed in accordance with the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).
