24. Every person contravening the provisions related to automotive fuels and heating fuel oils commits an offence.

24. Every person contravening the provisions related to automotive fuels and heating fuel oils commits an offence and is liable to a fine provided for in paragraph 2 of section 106 of the Petroleum Products Act (chapter P-30.01).
