28. The annual duties of $550 paid by the holder of a bingo hall operator’s licence pursuant to the first paragraph of section 8 of the Regulation respecting bingos (O.C. 1270-97, 97-09-24) and covering in particular the period between 1 June 2008 and the expiry date of the holder’s licence are refunded to the holder in proportion to the number of days within that period.
In addition, the amounts paid by the holder for every bingo event authorized by the licence and planned after 31 May 2008 are refunded to the holder.
