Disposition versions
46. The holder of a site operator’s licence, the person responsible mentioned in subparagraph 4 of section 33, or a member of the personnel of the establishment may not pay a reimbursement coupon without having first verified, by means of a passport, a copy of an act of birth, a driver’s licence or an identity card, that the person claiming the payment of the reimbursement coupon is an adult, and if he is an adult, that he is not claiming the payment on behalf of a minor person.
