2. The notice set out in section 440 of the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services (chapter D-9.2) to inform the client that he has the right to rescind the insurance contract made at the time of another contract shall comply with the model set out in Schedule 1 - NOTICE OF RESCISSION OF AN INSURANCE CONTRACT.
