Section 10.04 Disposition versions

10.04. The following are deemed to be hours worked:

(1)  the hours during which the employee is at the employer’s disposal and required to be present on the work premises or job site, as wail as any trial period;

(2)  the hours of training where they are required by the employer, as well as the hours spent by the employee travelling from the employer’s establishment to the place of training and back again.

All hours worked are paid at the base rate.

10.04. The hours during which the employee is at the employer’s disposal and required to be present on the work premises or job site, as well as any trial or training period required by the employer, are considered to be hours worked and shall be paid.
