Disposition versions
15. Despite the preceding provisions, an authorization is not required for a member of a Native community for an intervention within the biodiversity reserve where that intervention is part of the exercise of rights covered by section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (being Schedule B to the Canada Act 1982 (U.K.), 1982, c. 11) and those rights are credibly asserted or established.
