8. On 8 December 2010, the date of the withdrawal order comes into force, the annual contribution fixed by the board of directors of the Ordre professionnel des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation et des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec for the fiscal year from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012 constitutes, until the end of that fiscal year, the annual contribution payable by members of the Ordre professionnel des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec.
