1. This Code determines, pursuant to section 87 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the duties of the members of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation et des psychoéducateurs et psychoéducatrices du Québec, regardless of the context or manner in which they engage in their professional activities or the nature of their contractual relationship with clients.
The duties and obligations under the Professional Code and its regulations are not modified in any manner owing to the fact that a member practises within a partnership or joint-stock company.
The member must take reasonable measures to ensure that persons who collaborate with the member in the practice of the profession and any partnership or joint-stock company within which the member practises comply with the Professional Code and its regulations, including this Code.
