19. Excerpts of depositions. Any excerpt of a deposition adduced as evidence under articles 105, 222 and 227 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) must indicate the date and place of the deposition and the name and capacity of the deponent, and must be certified by the authorized person who transcribed it. The clerk may issue a certified true copy of the excerpt.
