15. Protective supervision. Upon reception of an opposition under article 280 of the Civil Code of Québec or article 320 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), the clerk enters the case on the roll for the Practice Chamber and sends a notice of presentation to all interested persons at least 10 days prior to the date fixed in the notice.
