35. Up to 31 December 2014, the first paragraph of section 10 shall not apply to a farm trailer owned by a farmer, of a model year prior to 1992 and designed and used to transport hay, grain, products to be sprayed, chemical fertilizer, manure, liquid manure or manure liquid and travelling elsewhere than on an autoroute.
