1. Application of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) to the holder of a driver’s licence issued by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec or by the State of Maine, Division of Motor Vehicles, is subject to the provisions contained in the Reciprocal Agreement between the Gouvernement du Québec and the Government of the State of Maine concerning drivers’ licenses and traffic offenses, the text of which is attached hereto.
