32. Subject to automatic reinvestment under section 32.1, in all cases in which Épargne Placements Québec is unable to process a request regarding a security maturing for payment, including because all the required documents have not been received, the maturity value is automatically invested in Épargne Flexi-Plus units until Épargne Placements Québec is able to process the request.
For the purposes of this Regulation, maturity value means the amount payable on maturity of the security, less simple interest payable, if any.

32.
