A holder of a management permit shall comply with the following standards:(1) trees shall be cut at a height not exceeding 30 cm above the highest ground level, except where snow depth on the ground reaches a height equivalent to a column of water at least 20 cm high; in the latter case, the height of the stumps shall not exceed 60 cm; and
(2) inside a forest management sector, the permit holder shall harvest only trees whose diameter is equal to or greater than that authorized in the management permit.
