Regulation respecting the financial commitments of the Société de télédiffusion du Québec
Act respecting the Société de télédiffusion du Québec
(chapter S-12.01, s. 20).
1. The Société de télédiffusion du Québec must obtain the authorization of the Government for any financial commitment of or greater than $1,000,000 except for contracts under regulations made or deemed to be made under the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1).
