TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

REGISTRATION DIVISION: GASPÉ

PARC NATIONAL DE L’ÎLE-BONAVENTURE-ET-DU-ROCHER-PERCÉ

A territory located in the regional county municipality of Pabok, in the cadastre of the township of Percé and the cadastre of île Bonaventure, having an area of 5.8 km2 and identified as follows:

(1) île Bonaventure, being lots 1 to 57 inclusively of the cadastre of île Bonaventure.

(2) Part of the bed of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, being a 100 m wide strip encircling île Bonaventure at the normal high tide Percé.

(3) Rocher Percé, being lot 1,205 of the cadastre of the township of Percé.

(4) Part of the bed of the Gulf of St. Lawrence encircling the said rock, lying between the normal high tide and low tide marks, bounded on the northwest by a straight line having a bearing of 85º00″ and originating at the northern corner of lot 450-1 of the said cadastre, and bounded on the southwest by a straight line that is the extension of the line dividing lots 445-4 and 445-1 of the said cadastre.

The whole as shown on a plan to a scale of 1:25,000 attached to the minute of these presents, numbered P-397 and the original of which is kept at the Division des données foncières et de la cartographie du ministère de l’Environnement et de la Faune.
