TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
REGISTRATION DIVISION: BONAVENTURE, 2ND DIVISION
PARC NATIONAL DE MIGUASHA
A territory located in the regional county municipality of Avignon, in the cadastre of the municipality of Shoolbred, having an area of 62.3 ha, described as follows:

Lots 200-4, 199-3, 198-4, 197-4, 196-3, 195-3, 195-4, 194-6, 193-6, and 192-5 of the said cadastre.

Part of rivière Ristigouche (baie des Chaleurs) lying between the normal low water and high water marks, bounded on the west by a straight line perpendicular to the bank and originating at the right bank of ruisseau Smiley, and bounded on the east by a straight line perpendicular to the bank and originating from the extension of the dividing line between lots 192-5 and 191-7 of the said cadastre.

Part of rivière Ristigouche (baie des Chaleurs) lying between the normal low water and high water marks, bounded on the northwest by a straight line perpendicular to the bank and originating at the right bank of the stream located on lot 188-9 of the said cadastre, and bounded on the southeast by a straight line perpendicular to the bank and originating from the extension of the dividing line between lots 185-3 and 184-3.
The whole as shown on a plan to a scale of 1:20,000 attached to these presents, numbered P-408, and the original of which is kept at the Division des données foncières et de la cartographie du ministère de l’Environnement et de la Faune.
