Regulation respecting the inscription affixed on hives
Animal Health Protection Act
(chapter P-42, s. 11.14).
1. Every owner of hives must affix on at least 1 easy-to-locate hive in each of the owner’s apiaries situated in Québec an inscription in permanent and clearly legible characters at least 1 cm high indicating the owner’s name and the address of his or her principal establishment in Québec or, if the owner has no establishment in Québec, the address of his or her domicile.
