Regulation respecting persons who must respect the conditions for issue and maintenance of a licence relative to video lotteries
Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines
(chapter L-6, s. 119).
1. When a legal person must hold a licence to manufacture or repair video lottery machines, the directors of that person, and the shareholders holding 10% or more of the shares with full voting rights must also respect the conditions for the issue and maintenance of such a licence, provided in section 30 of the Rules concerning video lottery machines (chapter L-6, r. 3).

2. When a legal person must hold a video lottery machine site operator’s licence, the directors of that person, the shareholders holding 10% or more of the shares with full voting rights, and the person responsible for the administration referred to in subparagraph 4 of section 33 of the Rules respecting video lottery machines (chapter L-6, r. 3) must also respect the conditions for the issue and maintenance of such a licence provided for in section 31 of those rules.
