Order in Council respecting the time limit to pay the victim surcharge

(R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, subsection 737(4)).

1. The time allotted to an offender who is convicted or discharged of an offence under the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46) or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (S.C. 1996, c. 19) to pay the required victim surcharge is 45 days from the conviction or discharge pronounced by the court, where no fine is imposed.
