Regulation respecting the documents that must accompany articles pursuant to Part IA of the Companies Act
Companies Act
(chapter C-38, s. 123.139.4).
1. The articles of continuance of a cooperative or a cooperative syndicate must be accompanied by the following documents:
(1)  a copy, certified by the applicant company, of the plan of continuance submitted to the Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade; and
(2)  a certified copy of the document recording the approval prescribed in section 259 of the Cooperatives Act (chapter C-67.2).
