Tariff for insured visual aids and related services

Health Insurance Act

(chapter A-29, s. 3, 6th par. and s. 72.1, 1st par.).

1. The tariff applicable to visual devices loaned to insured persons by accredited establishments and to related services provided to them is that appearing in Schedule I.

That tariff is made as a complement to the Regulation made by the Government pursuant to subparagraph h.1 of the first paragraph of section 69 of the Health Insurance Act (chapter A-29).
