139. A permanent permit is granted for a period of two years ending on 31 March.
A temporary permit is granted for a period of less than two years.

139. Every permanent permit shall be granted for a period of two years ending on 31 March. It shall be renewed on that date for the same period if the holder fulfils the conditions prescribed by regulation.
The Minister may issue a temporary permit for any period of less than two years.

139. Every permit shall be granted for twelve months ending on the 31st of December each year; it shall be renewed on that date for one year, if the holder fulfils the conditions prescribed for obtaining it, in accordance with the regulations.
