27. On receipt of a complaint, the Commission must make an inquiry with due dispatch. It may also make an inquiry of its own initiative.
Sections 103, 106 to 110, 123.6 and 123.9 to 123.11 of the Act respecting labour standards (chapter N-1.1) and the third paragraph of section 22 of this Act apply to such an inquiry, with the necessary modifications.
