197. The transit authority shall submit to the Commission des transports du Québec, before they come into force, the fares to be charged in operating a sightseeing service.

197. Before operating a sightseeing service, the Transit Commission must submit its tariffs, for approval, to the Commission des transports du Québec.

197. Before exercising the powers contemplated in subsections 2 and 3 of section 196, the Transit Commission shall submit its tariffs for such services to the approval of the Commission des transports du Québec.

Section 197 of this act will be replaced upon the coming into force of section 21 of chapter 26 of the statutes of 1981 on the date fixed by proclamation of the Government.
