A-32 - Act respecting insurance

398. The liquidator appointed to the property of a legal person or, where such is the case, of its insurance fund shall act under the control and direction of the Authority who may, even if it alleges no particular interest, act before the courts in all matters respecting the winding-up and exercise, on behalf of any shareholder, member, insured or creditor of the legal person, the rights that such a one has against the legal person.
