606.1. Any interested person may file with the Administrative Tribunal of Québec an application in contestation or annulment of any election held under this division or under sections 619.6 and 619.52.
A motion in contestation or annulment of an election presented under this section is deemed to be a motion presented under section 148.
The second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth paragraphs of section 148 apply in such a case.

606.1. Any interested person may file with the Commission des affaires sociales an application in contestation or annulment of any election held under this division or under sections 619.6 and 619.52.
Except with respect to matters pending on 14 May 1992, the Commission des affaires sociales has exclusive jurisdiction to hear such an application.
Every application in contestation or annulment of an election filed under this section is deemed to be an application filed under paragraph f of section 21 of the Act respecting the Commission des affaires sociales (chapter C-34).
The second, third and fourth paragraphs of section 148 apply in such a case.
