530.70. In section 156, the expression “the agency” designates “the Minister”. The vacancy shall be filled in the manner set out in subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 156, in the case of a member referred to in paragraph 7 of section 530.62, and in subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 156, in any other case.
