530.50. In addition to exercising the functions inherent in the missions of the centres it operates, the object of the institution to which this Part applies is to exercise the responsibilities of an agency referred to in section 340, except the responsibilities to be exercised in respect of other institutions.

In addition to exercising the functions inherent in the missions of the centres it operates, the object of the institution to which this Part applies is to exercise the responsibilities of a regional board referred to in section 340, except the responsibilities to be exercised in respect of other institutions.
The advice of the regional medical commission required under subparagraph 3 of the second paragraph of section 340 must be obtained from the council of physicians, dentists and pharmacists of the institution.
