Section 450 Disposition versions

2008-01-01

450. A permit holder whose permit is suspended, cancelled or not renewed may contest the Minister’s decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 60 days of the date on which the decision was notified to him.

450. A permit holder whose permit is suspended or cancelled or whose application for renewal is rejected may contest the Minister’s decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 60 days of the date on which the decision was notified to him.

1992-10-01

450. A permit holder whose permit is suspended or cancelled or whose application for renewal is rejected may appeal from the Minister’s decision to the Commission des affaires sociales

(1)  if the reasons of fact or law invoked in support of the decision are clearly erroneous;

(2)  if the procedure followed is affected by gross irregularity;

(3)  if the decision has not been rendered impartially.
