355. The agency shall determine the procedure for setting up mechanisms to coordinate access to the services provided by residential and long-term care centres, rehabilitation centres of the class specified by the agency, intermediate resources attached to institutions and family-type resources of its region.

The agency must also ensure that the mechanisms of access to services take the socio-cultural and linguistic characteristics of the users into account.

355. The regional board shall determine the procedure for setting up mechanisms to coordinate access to the services provided by residential and long-term care centres, rehabilitation centres of the class specified by the board, intermediate resources attached to institutions and family-type resources of its region.

The regional board must also ensure that the mechanisms of access to services take the socio-cultural and linguistic characteristics of the users into account.

355. The regional board shall, more particularly, see to the setting up, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by regulation under paragraph 9 of section 505, of mechanisms to ensure the coordination of access to the services offered by residential and long-term care centres, rehabilitation centres of a class specified in the regulation, intermediate resources attached to the institutions and family-type resources of its region.

The regional board must also ensure that the mechanisms of access to services take the socio-cultural and linguistic characteristics of the users into account.
