8. (Repealed).

8. On the expiry of their terms, the members of the board of directors shall remain in office until replaced or reappointed.

8. The chief executive officer shall be appointed for a term not exceeding five years; the term of the other members of the board of directors shall not exceed three years.
On the expiry of their terms, the members of the board of directors shall remain in office until replaced or reappointed.

8. Any vacancy that arises during a term shall be filled in the manner and for the period provided for in section 5.
In particular, a vacancy shall arise through absence from a number of meetings of the board of directors determined by the internal management by-law of the Société, in the cases and circumstances indicated in the by-law.
