Disposition versions
586. Section 46 of the said Act is replaced by the following section:
“46. No institution holding a permit for self-improvement education shall register any pupil to whom the first paragraph of section 14 of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1) applies, unless he is exempted under section 15 of the said Act.”.
