109. The holder of a distributor’s licence shall, within the time limits and on the conditions determined by regulation of the Régie, invest in the production of Québec films, within the meaning of the standards provided for in section 39, a percentage of the total gross distribution revenue it realizes annually in Québec.
The percentage is determined by regulation of the Régie, but at not over 10%.
