22. (Repealed).

22. Not later than fifteen clear days before the meeting is held, the secretary-treasurer must publish, in a newspaper circulated in the territory of the regional county municipality, a notice of the date, time, place and objects of the meeting. The notice shall also be posted up at the office of each municipality.
