93. At the request of the chief judge, the Government may, where it considers it in the best interest of justice, authorize, for the time it determines, a retired judge to exercise the judicial functions that the chief judge assigns to him.

93. The clerk shall be the keeper of the records of the court, and shall enter all proceedings therein. He shall also keep books of account, and shall make report of the proceedings of the court, of the state of his accounts and of all the information received by him in the discharge of the duties of his office, whenever required so to do by the Government.
