105. The Minister is the trustee of the central fund.
The Government shall determine by regulation the obligations of the Minister in the Minister’s capacity as trustee of the central fund, the nature of the trust and its operating rules, which may vary from those provided in Title VI and Title VII of Book Four of the Civil Code.
